Excellence in Editing Award
It takes a team to produce a well-written and expertly edited book! Because Christian Editor Connection desired to honor the teams behind such books, CEC proudly sponsored the Excellence in Editing Award for seven years.
After announcing the winners of the Excellence in Editing Award at the 2022 PENCON editors’ conference, we also announced that we were changing the name of this contest to the Editors’ Choice Award. We believe this better reflects the spirit of this award: to celebrate newly released books, whether published by a Christian publisher or an independent Christian author, that are so well written and edited that even a professional editor would enjoy reading them!
The Editors’ Choice Award is sponsored by Christian Editor Association, the parent organization of CEC, The Christian PEN: Proofreaders and Editors Network, The PEN Institute, and PENCON.
For information about the Editors’ Choice Award, including submission details, please visit ceaeditorschoiceaward.com. If you wrote, edited, or published a book that is being released this year, we hope you will consider entering it in the Editors’ Choice Award.
